Unfortunately, the facility is showing signs of age—lights in the bathrooms only worked partially, and I stumbled upon a dirty sock in the wardrobe, raising questions about cleanliness. The parking situation, while sufficient at times, can turn tricky during busier moments, and electric heating struggled to keep the living area warm, making it uncomfortable on colder nights.

Staff were accommodating, offering a room upgrade without any prompts, which was a nice touch.

Our stay with friends was fantastic! The two-bedroom apartment had an amazing view of Lake Leman, perfect for relaxing after hiking around the lush green Evian Golf Course. Very convenient location. the Lidl supermarket is just a short stroll down the hill. Highly recommend enjoying the nearby lakefront for leisurely walks.
We had a bit of confusion at check-in due to some delays, which was a bit frustrating after our journey.

Amazing Lake Views but Room for Improvement
